Sri Aradhya Etikala :

Parents’ feedback about Aradhya:
Thank you for recognizing Aradhya as the Star of the Month for August. She is 5.5 years old and naturally inclined towards outdoor sports. However, as parents, we understand the importance of chess in enhancing focus and cognitive development.
We began exploring chess training academies and ended our search after a demo session with Mr. Welroy from YBCA. He is exceptionally friendly and patient, and he managed to capture our active child’s attention and interest in the game.
Under his guidance, Aradhya gradually started solving puzzles, playing matches, and even surprising us at times with her strategies. This progress is a direct result of Mr. Welroy’s excellent teaching skills and his consistent, patient efforts.
We are truly grateful to Mr. Welroy and the entire YBCA team for their dedication and support.
Coach’s feedback about Aradhya:
Aradhya has come a long way since she first joined.
In the early days, her mom was always there to cheer her on—it was such an important phase, just getting introduced to the game and getting used to how things work. That little boost really made a big difference.
Lately, it’s just me and Aradhya—and our sessions have become fun, smooth, and super interactive.
It’s been amazing watching her progress—not just in chess, but in the way she tackles each puzzle. Initially, like most kids, it was all about quick answers and moving on. But now, she’s really starting to enjoy the process of sitting with a problem and thinking it through. That kind of patience and progress at her age is so cool to see.

Beyond chess, she is a curious and disciplined child who loves reading, especially Ramayanam, painting, crafting, and spending time with her close friends and her little brother. She attends multiple classes without complaint, showing remarkable dedication in everything she does.

Mokshith :

Parents’ feedback about Mokshith:
Hello young Buds Chess Academy ,I wanted to share some feedback on Mokshith’s chess game:
I noticed that Mokshith is getting better at thinking ahead and planning moves, especially in the opening. The way he developed the pieces and castled early was a big improvement.
He still seem to struggle a bit with spotting threats during the middle game — a few pieces were lost to simple tactics. I think more practice with pattern recognition and defending under pressure could help.
Overall, I can see progress and he is really enjoying the learning process. Thank you Mr.Aniket for your support and guidance!
Coach’s feedback about Mokshith:
Vihaan is a very good child; he listens to everything. He is always excited to learn new things. I can see great potential in him to become an excellent chess player in the future.
