Here we are presenting the stars of the month (April, 2023) at Youngbuds Chess Academy!
1. Yuvleen Kaur
Yuvleen is six years old. She is always energetic and likes to play outdoors, especially at beaches. She is curious, asks many hows and whys questions, and keeps going until she fully understands the response. A friend introduced her to chess recently; since then, she has been interested in learning how to play. So far, chess is her favorite game, and she loves to play at least 2-3 times a day. She is fond of her chess class group and likes interacting with her teacher.
Coach Feedback on Yuvleen:
Yuvleen is a very sweet and smart kiddo. She does the classes with great passion and grasp the concepts very clearly. She doesn’t hesitate to ask the questions and tries to understand the things deeply. She remains very energetic and active during the sessions. I believe she will keep the same consistency in future also and keep growing.
2. Mahathi Gujjala:
Mahathi is a 11 year old fun loving and outspoken girl. She loves anything that is art, loves reading books. She is learning chess from few months back and started enjoying it. Thanks to coach for making chess a fun learning game and challenging kids in a gentle way. My both kids loves his classes and recommend it to any new parents.
Coach Feedback on Mahathi :
Mahathi is a disciplined student and does the classes with good interest and passion. She tries to find out the answer of every puzzle during the sessions. She also tries to give her best in the chess games and tries to learn from the mistakes. Even if she miss the classes sometimes, she does the next class very attentively and grasp the concepts in smooth way. Wishing her best of luck for the future also.
3. Agney Bhattacharje:
Agney is a smart vibrant 7 year old boy. As a self learner he puts his hands on making electronic circuits, building new structures using legos and magnetic blocks. He is also passionate about cars. He loves playing video games and wants to be a game programmer in future. His passion for playing chess started at the age of 6 when he started exploring online chess by himself. During summer vacation he enjoyed playing chess with his dad, grandfather and cousins. He started learning chess formally few months ago and doing pretty good.
I would like to thank to coach for dedicating his time and effort and helping Agney to move forward.

Agney is a hardworking and passionate player. He catches the concepts quickly and applies them into the game also in a nice way. He is very much interested towards the game. He likes to play in the professional way, and try to follow more and more principles of the game as possible. I hope he will maintain the consistency in his practice and passion and will be a keep progressing .
4. Hridya Kabilan:
Hridya is an engertic 9 year old who always loves to learn things quickly . She is very much interested in solving puzzles and build things creatively . she is such a cheerful person where everyone likes to be with her . She loves to play chess all time . She joined YBCA recently ,started to get along easily with the class and learn new strategies. Thanks teacher for being patience and fun with kids which helped Hridya to enjoy the class and learn at same time.

Hridya is very passionate about chess and does the sessions with great interest. She is fun loving and likes to interact more and more during the classes. She is obedient and follows the instructions in a good way. She is sharp minded as well as a hardworking player. I would like her to keep this passion and dedication towards the game in future also and keep progressing.
