Sriram:

Parents’ feedback about Sriram:

Sriram joined the wonderful classes of YBCA three months ago. Sriram has always shown interest in playing chess. He is always keen to attend the chess classes. He has been keen to learn chess from a very young age. He plays chess with his cousin online frequently. Sriram likes chess because he is able to develop strategies. He sees life as equivalent to chess.Since, you have to foresee the consequences of every move you make.I think as a father, it is a very positive approach.

Coach’s feedback about Sriram:

Sriram is a quick learner. He remains very active during the classes. His focus is really sharp that while doing the classes he rarely look at anything else. Also whatever concepts he learn, he never forget about that. He likes to do puzzles as well as game and analysis and never say no for anything which I instruct. Wishing him all the best for the future!

Tanviha:

Tanviha is a smart girl,she gives her best in everything. She was introduced to chess at her school,where she started developing interest with the game.she loves to play chess as in her words” It’s a thinking game and fun” .She is excited to solve the puzzles in Manthan’s class and gradually developed her problem solving skills too.Learning is a step by step process and we are confident that she will evolve to be a competent chess player in the future. We sincerely thank Manthan and Young Buds chess Academy for helping with retaining interest in chess and teaching different strategies to help with their game progress and future achievements.

Coaching Tanviha has been a delightful experience! Her enthusiasm for chess is amazing, and she always brings a positive energy to our lessons. She’s really punctual and does not skip any classes, and it shows her dedication to learning. Her improvement over the past few months has been fantastic! She’s full of energy and always excited to learn new things. I’m so excited to see her continue to grow as a chess player.

Surya:

Surya has always been a curious and creative child, with a deep passion for reading mythology, drawing, and playing the piano. He started learning chess at the age of 5, with his dad introducing him to the basics. As his passion for the game grew, we enrolled him in the Young Buds Chess Program under Lalit, where his love for chess has flourished. Surya eagerly looks forward to his chess classes, especially enjoying the tournaments where he can compete with his classmates.

A sincere thank you to Coach Lalit and the Young Buds Chess Academy for recognizing Surya’s talent and providing him with constant encouragement. We are excited to witness his continued growth and the new milestones he will achieve in chess under your expert guidance.

Surya has been with me for some time now. He is young but very sharp and picks up new topics very quickly. He has both patience and perseverance. He very active and his presence in the class is very charming. He has problem solving capacity which is seen in solving puzzles. He also tries to maintain a balanced game while playing.

Arkesh Pillai:

Arkesh really loves the game of chess. He spends most of his free time playing with his friends and parents. After joining the Youngbuds chess Academy, his game has improved significantly. His instructor, Keerthi , has put in a lot of effort to get him to this level and we look forward to seeing him improve further.

Coach’s feedback about Arkesh:

Arkesh listens to feedback carefully in class and works on his weakness. His gameplay has overall improved a lot as he is able to spot tactical patterns in his game and can win against lvl 3 stockfish.If he keeps this up, he will do really well. Great job!

Kiara:

Kiara began playing chess about six months ago, at around 5.5 years old. Initially, she wasn’t very engaged, but over time, her interest grew significantly. Now, she is eager to learn and enjoys playing with friends and family, even competing against them.

Kiara is a quick leaner even as the topics get more complex, Kiara showcases the same enthusiasm that she has had since day 1 and continues to enjoy learning chess. She tries to connect previous topics learnt in class to new ones and always wants to learn more. She is a great chess player in making.
